Alive on Arrival Guarantee:

We guarantee that all livestock will arrive alive. In the event of a loss, please take a photo and video of the deceased livestock in the unopened bag within one hour of the timestamped delivery time to be eligible for a refund or reshipment. Claims made after one hour will not be considered. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. While we cannot be held liable for lost packages or delays caused by the carrier, including weather-related issues, we will make every effort to resolve any concerns to your satisfaction.
